Our Journey
At Café Nepali Accent, we believe food is more than sustenance—it's a story, a culture, and a feeling of home.
Our journey began with the dream of one man: Janak Bahadur Saud, a young man from Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, who arrived in Kathmandu in 2065 B.S. with limited resources but unlimited determination.

After working 11 years at Norvic Hospital's cafeteria, rising from waiter to manager, Janak gained not just skills but a deep understanding of true hospitality. In 2075 B.S., he finally opened the doors to his dream—Café Nepali Accent.
